TVR's in America

Now that you are enjoying the highs and lows of TVR's that come under the '25 year rule' and are now able to be driven legally in the U.S. Carl say's welcome. There have been increasingly more enquiries from TVR owners from across the pond and is able to provide remote services specific to TVR motor vehicles.

Just to provide some information regarding the alarm, immobiliser and locking systems on TVR Cerbera, Tuscan, Tamora, T350 and of course the Sagaris...

Their door control ecu's were specifically designed around the unique output of the Metasystem alarm. In some cases if the alarm is removed from the vehicle, this can put the door locking control eco into full lock mode. This will result in the vehicle refusing to respond to the buttons under the side view mirror and the trunk.

As mentioned on previous pages Carl always recommends an update to the system, as their age is finally getting to them as it does for everything. However it is possible to provide an almost plug and play solution for you, given enough information about your vehicle.

Carl can build you a kit specific to your TVR ready to be installed. There are more variants than you would think out there, even on the later models.

With the wonders of video calling this has made the once impossible service available; Carl can talk you through an installation step by step. This service has already been provided to satisfied American, Canadian & Australian TVR owners.
